All about us

On Point Training & Behaviour specializes in providing effective force free dog training to help owners create a stronger bond with their four-legged family members. I am a fully insured, qualified dog trainer and pet behaviourist with a BSc (Hons) in Pet Behaviour and Welfare. Read more about my credentials here.

I provide a variety of services to suit your individual needs from behavioural consultations for both dogs and cats, obedience training, trick training, and assistance dog training.

All of our training is inclusive, neurodivergent friendly and accessible as everyone should have the same opportunity to access effective, evidence-based training.

Not local to West Sussex? Remote consultations mean that you can still access our training and behaviour services regardless of where you are in the world.

Cat behaviour consults

Cats can bring a lot of joy to our lives, but undesirable behaviours can damage the relationship that we share with them.

If your cat's behaviour is concerning you, a behaviour consultation can help.

Puppy training

Welcoming a new puppy into your life is exciting, but it's not always easy. Starting training early will help your puppy grow into a well-rounded, confident dog and can help prevent behaviour problems as they grow.

Testimonials

Dog pulling on leash

My dog has gone from barking at every dog he sees, to our latest session where he passed two dogs in a tight alleyway. Theo's approach is friendly and professional. If you're thinking about going to a session, do it, you will not regret it!

-E. J.

Giving a Hand

I was given insightful tips into my dog's behaviour and the cause behind it. On Point training helped my dog learn to play appropriately and stop when asked!

-K. T.

Training a Puppy

Theo was brilliant, so calm and explained things simply. In a short space of time my dog was returning to me on recall and walking alongside  me. I’m feeling a lot more confident!
